April 30, 2026 – Dead Meadow

I’ve been a fan of this band since the early 2010s when their songs were used in Emerica’s Stay Gold. I expected to see a few skaters in their 30s in the crowd to relive some skate nostalgia, but it was a small group of fringe stoners in their late 40s with their wives, looking like they are clerks at a dentist’s office.

After a weekend of racing bikes in Salmon, ID, we stopped at craters of the moon for a lil bit of scientific research.

A late season storm brought 20″ of new heavy snow to Bogus Basin. I BOUGHT the wrong tools for the job, but the uphill was fun. Thanks for snapping a pic for me Hayley.

Stoked to Table at the 3rd Zinefest at StoryFort. easing into the music, It was rad to see another chiller set from Hey BriJean. To close it all out, After a few years of attending TMF, I finally made it to the CEREMONIOUS closing set with Built to Spill.

BENEFIT concert at Treefort Music Hall. The concert was a fundraiser for Idahoans United for Women & Families to support the campaign to restore reproductive rights and the right to privacy in Idaho. Built to Spill, along with special guests Blood Lemon and Plum Vision.
